Digital Marketing Intern

Crafty Communications is currently accepting applications for a Digital Marketing intern. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in social media advertising, digital marketing and analytics. Responsibilities of Digital Marketing interns vary according to date/clients’ needs.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing paid social, SEM and display campaigns for clients and Crafty
• Track ad spend budgets
• Review reports to ensure KPIs are being met
• Brainstorm and strategize for implementation and of Crafty Communications clients’ digital marketing
• Copywriting for digital marketing assets
• Assist the Crafty team with day-to-day digital marketing responsibilities

Internship Requirements
• College junior or senior studying public relations, advertising, marketing or communications
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Desire to work in a highly technical field
• Ability to manage a project from start to finish and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate both visually and verbally
• Desire to work in a creative, collaborative environment
• Ability to multitask while being thorough, accurate and detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Compensation:
Crafty interns must be eligible to receive course credit through a university program.

Weekly Hours

Candidate must be available to work a range of 10-20 hours per week. Internship hours will be coordinated to fit the student’s class schedule and meet course credit requirements.

 

Videography Intern

Crafty Communications is currently accepting applications for a video intern. Ideal candidates should have a strong interest in film production and digital marketing.

Responsibilities of a video intern vary according to date/clients’ needs.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities Would Include

• Assisting the Crafty team with shooting promotional videos for various clients

• Editing videos and media collateral for various Crafty clients

• Brainstorming and creative strategy for implementation of Crafty clients’ digital marketing

• Assisting the Crafty team with shooting photography for creative materials and client events

• Helping out with scheduled film shoots in the Freestyle studio

• Assisting the Crafty team with day-to-day film and digital marketing responsibilities

Internship Requirements

• A college junior or senior studying film & media studies, broadcast electronic media, photography or visual communications

• Strong video-editing skills (sound design and animation experience a plus)

• Ability to manage a project from start to finish and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere

• Ability to effectively communicate both visually and verbally

• Desire to work in a creative, collaborative environment

• Ability to multitask while being thorough, accurate and detail-oriented

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills For the internship to be considered complete, you will complete one “project” in which you produce a video for your resume and reel that displays your skill in the field. Subject matter and your role on the project is decided based on your career aspirations.
